This is the beginning of your Reiki journey, an invitation to reconnect with your own energy, open your intuitive channels, and learn how to support yourself through hands-on healing.

In this intimate training, you’ll receive your first Reiki attunement and learn how to work with universal life force energy to balance your body, mind, and emotions. You’ll also learn the principles and foundations of Reiki, energetic hygiene, and how to begin cultivating a personal healing practice.
