This private yoga session is designed just for you, whether you're looking to release tension, improve your flexibility, strengthen your body, or simply reconnect with yourself through breath and movement.
We begin with a short check-in to understand how you're feeling and what you need that day. From there, I guide you through a customized flow that meets you exactly where you are physically, emotionally, and energetically.
Each session may include breathwork, mindfulness, restorative holds, stretch & release sequences, or more active flows depending on your goals.
