Return & Refund Policy

At Heka Cosmika, your satisfaction is important to us. Please read below for details on our return and refund policies for both physical products and services.

Returns for Physical Products (Crystals & Tools):
We accept returns or exchanges for unused, undamaged physical items within 7 days of delivery. Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.

To request a return, please email us at hello@hekacosmika.com with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.

Damaged Items:
If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include clear photos of the product and packaging. We will issue a refund or replacement as appropriate.

Digital Products, Services, and Events:
Due to the nature of our offerings, we do not offer refunds for:

• Reiki and Hypnotherapy sessions

• Yoga or meditation classes (in-person or online)

• Digital downloads, pre-recorded content, or PDFs

• Workshops, trainings, or certification events

Rescheduling:
Private sessions may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice. Missed appointments without notice are non-refundable.
