Hi, I 'm Andreina.

Yoga and sculpt teacher in Miami. I help you disconnect from the noise and reconnect with yourself. How I got here is a bit of a story.

I had the title, the salary, the whole career on paper, picture perfect. In my body it just didn't feel right.

How I found my purpose.

I didn't leave my corporate career to become a yoga teacher. I left because I couldn't ignore anymore that something was off. I loved what I did, but I wasn't pursuing my purpose and my body knew it before my mind did.

I took a break, gave myself some space, and that's when yoga teacher training came into my life. I graduated my 200 hours and never stopped teaching.

I built Heka Cosmika around the thing I needed most: a place to disconnect from the noise and come home to myself.

what the name means

Heka is ancient Egyptian for life force.

Not magic in the wand sense. The real kind. The energy that moves through everything, the one you feel when you hold your breath and everything stops, when your shoulders fall, and you remember you are allowed to take up space.

That is what every class is for.

Move the body. Reset the energy. Come back to you.

Three things every class is built on.

  • 01 - Movement is Medicine

    We move to feel, not to fix. Your body is not a problem to solve. It is a place to come back to.

  • 02 - Strength meets stillness

    Most classes are all hype or all calm. Mine hold both. We get strong and we get quiet, all in the same hour.

  • 03 - The full reset

    You leave lighter than you came in. That is the whole point. Sweat, breath, release, repeat.
